Idryleaks service terms and conditions
1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Idryleaks website and our services, you agree to the terms contained in these regulations. If you do not accept any of the points, please stop using the site. These rules constitute the legal basis for the relationship between Idryleaks and our clients in Poznań. This document aims to ensure the transparency of our actions and the protection of information sovereignty, which we care about.
2. Services provided
Idryleaks offers data security audits, financial transparency consulting, and team training. Each service is provided based on individual arrangements. Our actions are based on an analysis of the actual state of the client's infrastructure. We commit to delivering reports on time and with the highest professional diligence. We do not promise results that we cannot support with facts.
3. User obligations
The service user commits to using the site in accordance with the law and good practices. It is forbidden to send content violating the rights of third parties, malicious software, and attempts to hack our servers. In the case of ordering services, the client is obliged to provide reliable and true data necessary for conducting a reliable analysis. Data must be secure, so please send information only via official communication channels.
4. Intellectual property
All content, graphics, and audit methods published on the Idryleaks website are our intellectual property. Copying, distributing, or modifying materials without our written consent is forbidden. All reports and documents delivered to the client within the scope of realized projects are the client's property to the extent to which they have been paid for.
5. Limitation of liability
Idryleaks makes every effort to ensure that the information provided is reliable. However, we do not bear responsibility for business decisions made by the client solely based on the website content. Our responsibility for realized audits is limited to the amount of remuneration set in the contract. We check the facts, but final supervision over the company's security always remains in the hands of its owner.
6. Termination of cooperation
Both Idryleaks and the client have the right to terminate cooperation with the notice period specified in the individual contract. In the case of gross violation of the regulations or legal provisions, we have the right to immediate cessation of service provision. Upon completion of cooperation, we return or permanently delete all sensitive data handed to us during the audit.
7. Governing law
These regulations are subject to Polish law. All disputes resulting from service provision by Idryleaks will be settled by the court competent for the headquarters of our company in Poznań. We strive for amicable resolution of all misunderstandings. Transparency is the foundation of profit, which is why we bet on open dialogue with our clients at every stage of cooperation.
