My approach is pragmatic: facts instead of promises. In my daily work, I focus on verifying facts. When I enter a client's company, I don't look for errors in art, I check why a given procedure costs 14% more than a year ago. I always tell clients: transparency is the foundation of profit, and data must be secure.

Effects of actions

Last year, I helped reduce unnecessary administrative costs for 12 regular clients, which collectively saved them over 43,000 PLN in a quarter. I don't engage in success marketing; I prefer reports that show in black and white what we improved in the last 30 days. Sometimes you just have to say the hard truth so the company can act healthier.
